Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping Information:

In-stock items usually ship within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock the customer will be notified at the time of the order and advised then as to shipping. All personalized items can take up to 2 weeks to ship. The customer will be notified through an email when their item has shipped out.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All personalized items are non-refundable. If you have received the wrong item a refund will be made only if the item is returned in it's original condition and packaging along with a copy of the invoice. At this time our customer care will inspect the item and issue a refund based on how it was payed for. Credit cards transactions will take up to 3 days for reemburments after receiving the items. Items purchased by personal check will be reembursed once the check has cleared in 5-7 business days.

Custom and Personalized Purchases:

Custom-designed art, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, Anne-Marie’s Designs cannot accept returns of custom items. Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a different amount of time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product page in the "Availability" section. Please note that since these items are one-of-a-kind and produced by hand, the time allowed are only estimates and may vary a few days.

If you ordered items that take more or less time than others, our policy is to ship your order to you once it is complete. If you would like items shipped as they are ready, we are happy to accommodate at a cost of $7.95 for each shipment sent UPS Ground or the actual cost to us if you request expedited shipping. Just send us an email to let us know if you'd like to take advantage of our partial shipping option.

Anne-Marie’s Designs works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day 678-697-8405 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
