Be assured that any information that you submit to Anne-Marie’s Designs will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party. All personal information collected during the shopping experience is used to fulfill your order or advise you of the status of your order. Shipping and Handling:
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service which takes 2 days on average to reach any address in the country or UPS Ground service. (Note: You must have a mail receptacle -- mail box or P.O. Box -- to receive USPS Priority Mail) You will receive an email from us notifying you of the shipment of your order along with a tracking number. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We also offer In-Store Pick-Up for our local customers. If you select this method at checkout you will be contacted via email when your order is ready to be picked up.
International Orders:
At this time, Anne-Marie’s Designs does not ship items outside the 50 United States. We do, however, encourage customers who live outside the 50 United States to consult with a freight forwarding company. Anne-Marie’s Designs is happy to ship items to freight forwarding companies within the US that can then ship items to international destinations.
Custom and Personalized Purchases:
Custom-designed art, bedding, accessories, select gifts and clothing, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order. Because artisans craft these items to your specifications, Anne-Marie’s Designs cannot accept returns of custom items. Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a different amount of time to produce before shipping. This information can be found on each product page in the "Availability" section. Please note that since these items are one-of-a-kind and produced by hand, the time allowed are only estimates and may vary a few days.
If you ordered items that take more or less time than others, our policy is to ship your order to you once it is complete. If you would like items shipped as they are ready, we are happy to accommodate at a cost of $7.95 for each shipment sent UPS Ground or the actual cost to us if you request expedited shipping. Just send us an email to let us know if you'd like to take advantage of our partial shipping option.
Anne-Marie’s Designs works to ship your custom-made and personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order please call us the same business day 678-697-8405 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment Options:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We never include the receipt with orders, as many purchases are gifts. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon placing your order. If you need another copy of your receipt please contact us and we will email one to you.
Sales Tax:
Anne-Marie’s Designs collects 6% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of Georgia.
Gift Wrap:
Anne-Marie’s Designs provides a gift wrapping service to our customer at a cost of $3.99 to wrap each item in your order. A few items are too large to wrap, but this is noted on the individual product page. Our complimentary gift cards are ready to be part of any memory book.
New Product Submission:
We are always on the lookout for new goodies to add to our one-of-a-kind collection! If you are an artisan or represent a manufacturer who creates delicious and unique baby and toddler gifts and accessories for newborns through their first birthday, tell us about yourself, your talents and your products. We want to hear from you!
